Terms and Conditions

 

1. VICI Aims:
To encourage enthusiasm and willingness to learn and be inquisitive.
To feel at ease in an environment where the mode of communication is unknown.
To encourage a sense of responsibility and help develop a sense of pride in the language learning acquisition.
To encourage all students to help others, share learning tips etc.
To promote a family atmosphere.

2. VICI Assessment: Assessment of the student’s progress and planning for their future learning is a continuous process from the day that they start training. It is important that all students are valued equally – irrespective of progress rates.

3. VICI Discipline: Students who have good skills achieve a great deal more in life. Therefore our Language Academy promotes the idea that students should be encouraged to learn to make their own decisions, and to relate to each other in a mature manner.

The rules of our classroom reflect this. A few other basic rules that are to be applied:
We call others by their surname for respect.
We treat others as we would expect to be treated.

It is important that students at our Academy work together to ensure that the students come to the Academy with a positive attitude to learn, and to socialise and make friends with the other students

4. The VICI reserves the right to change its language programs content or location of the Academy as part of its policy of continuous improvement. The VICI will always endeavour to provide training facilities within the original base town if relocated.

5. For Program Uniformity and for the Academy Etiquette, all students are required to wear the Academy uniform to attend their class.

6. The VICI name, its Crest logo and all intellectual property rights belong to The VICI Language Academy Ltd and may NOT be reproduced without prior permission.

7. The provided training/syllabus manual/training material and/or the promotion brochures are NOT to be copied and distributed to non-VICI Linguists students.
