Blended learning packages – a case study (English)
Our student Charlotte, took the 6-month blended learning English Programme to help her career.
Charlotte, a social media manager dealing with many international clients, sought to boost her confidence in English and enhance her communication.
She started six months of tailored study as part of our blended learning programme in the summer of 2024. She advanced from A2 to a solid B1, improving her communication and client interactions. Her success showcases how our customised approach helps professionals excel.

Our student Kate, took the 6-month blended learning Italian Summer Programme to kick-start her skills.
Kate began her Italian programme in the Summer of 2023. After 6 months of hard work and dedication, she went from level A1 to B2, comfortably reading, writing and communicating!
Her blended learning package consisted of group classes and 1:1 coaching alongside digital platforms and apps for interactive games and exercises.
She was especially pleased with one of our partner learning apps called Hypnoledge; a language training tool used under hypnosis.

START WITH THE STRATEGY SESSION, UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL!
A “must have” when starting your language learning journey! A session dedicated to you. How can your learning style or personality in colour influence the way you learn a language? What’s behind the various communicative skills and what you need to do to progress from one level to another?
A fully personalised analysis of your needs to feel confident that you can reach your goals at your own rate of ability and speed, in the time allocated.
PARTNER WITH A LANGUAGE PROFESSIONAL FOR WEEKLY SUPPORT
Fun, interactive and stuctured sessions to over material, revise, ask questions, express yourself in your target language; check your progress against your own language objectives. These sessions are run by your own dedicated and professional VICI Language Coach. Lessons take place at our Academy in Newbury, Berkshire and online for your convenience. Online sessions are also recorded so you can catch up on them at a later stage too.
You will need to complete 25 hours of 1-1 by the end of the programme.
ACCESS THE RIGHT TECHNOLOGY, ACCELERATE YOUR PROGRESS
Up to 2000 hours of learning!
You will receive personal and full access to an immersive online platform that uses authentic videos, games and exercices in your target language and tracks your progress to provide you with an engaging experience.
You will just need to complete 25 hours of coursework, yet will have full access to it, so feel free to use it as much as you like!
DONE FOR YOU 'LANGUAGE MAP', FOR A CLEAR PATH
You’ll receive a ‘roadmap’ of your language studies with a set curriculum outlining all the linguistic objectives and topics to cover over the next 6 months.
A total of 50 hours of studies will be necessary to complete the programme.
NEEDING ACCOUNTABILITY AND CONCRETE RESULTS?*
As the Programme reaches its conclusion, you can ask to take a test and receive a formal certification that verifies your language level and is recognised by the Council of Europe.
This is optional and comes with an add-on fee of £85.
BONUS! YOUR VERY OWN LANGUAGE LEARNING DIARY!
The Special Programme is structured to deliver you your desired result, and your own, personal learning diary (notebook designed specifically for language learners) will ensure that you’re taking notes in the right way, to help you progress.

The “Essential” Option
Ideal for you: if you’ve been harbouring ambitions to learn a new language for a while, but aren’t sure how to go about it.
Examples of successful outcomes include (but are not limited to):
Understanding everyday basic sentences, practised through simple role-play.
Grasping and recognising frequently used expressions related to personal and family information, shopping and local geography.
Communicating simple and routine tasks.
The “Refresher” Option
Ideal for you: if you already have some knowledge of the language, and are looking to push your skills to the next level.
Examples of successful outcomes include (but are not limited to):
Building on your existing language skills by adding simple grammar and mastering better sentence structure.
Becoming more comfortable in everyday situations by carrying out simple transactions (food, travel…) with ease and without any help.
Learning how to communicate in different tenses.
