- Efficiency is about doing things right — making the best use of time, resources, and methods, adapting to the student’s learning style, and avoiding wasted effort.
- Some learners want to learn quickly without going too deep into details; others love understanding every little rule and exception.
- Some are visual, others auditory or kinaesthetic.
- Some are brimming with confidence; others are hesitant.
This is where the coach’s role is to design a programme that is not only effective (leads to real progress) but also efficient (makes the most of the learner’s time, energy, and unique learning style).
